282600 Shelf Hang Track, White Steel, 40 In.

The Closetmaid 282600 Shelf Hang Track is a horizontal steel mounting system designed to simplify closet shelf installation and organization. By hanging shelf standards from the track instead of fastening them directly into walls, this product reduces installation damage and allows for easy repositioning of shelves at any height. It mounts level at the top of a wall onto studs, concrete, or drywall, providing a sturdy, flush installation.

This shelf hang track works with the Closetmaid shelf track program and standard-compatible shelving systems. Its top-front-facing locks secure standards in place, preventing accidental upward displacement while allowing controlled removal by tilting standards out. The track can be easily trimmed with a hacksaw to fit custom space requirements, making it adaptable to different closet widths.
