You can sign up in-store or online — it's free! Simply provide your name, phone number & email address. After signing up, check your email or texts for a link to activate your account. Shortly thereafter, you can log into your online account dashboard. Please note: Landline telephone numbers can be used, but will not receive text messages.

HOW DO I ACCESS MY GREAT DEALS DASHBOARD?

Click on the Great Deals Sign In/Register button and use the email address you provided at signup to log into your account. Then we’ll email you a verification message: Open it, follow the link and your account will be updated.

WHO CAN JOIN?

All Busy Beaver customers are encouraged to join. The only requirement is that you are 18 years old or older and have a valid email address. Individuals only. Busy Beaver employees are not eligible.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT OUT OF MY GREAT DEALS ACCOUNT?

With your new Great Deals Dashboard, you can:

• See your current point level and how close you are to your next Great Deals coupon.
• Every time you earn a new coupon, it will come through your Great Deals Dashboard. No more lost coupons, just print your reward or have it scanned from your phone. Never miss out again.
• Forget worrying about getting your Great Deals points. They are automatically applied to your account.
• Keep an accurate account of your past purchases and access online and in-store purchase information, including receipts.
• Have a copy of your receipt emailed or texted to you.
• Access your account via mobile phone or computer.
• Receive emails and updates about special savings, which you can opt out of.

HOW DO I EARN POINTS?

Nothing could be easier … just go shopping online or in-store! You’ll earn five points for every dollar you spend on a purchase, before tax. When you’ve reached 1,000 points, you will automatically receive a $5 coupon toward your next online or in-store purchase. We will also send you an email or text (depending upon the preferences you set) when you earn a coupon. This way you’ll never miss them. For customers who earn more than 1,000 points in a single transaction, we have made it easier than ever to earn your coupon. These are the single-transaction point thresholds:

• 1,000 points = $5 coupon
• 2,000 points = $10 coupon
• 3,000 points = $15 coupon
• 4,000 points = $20 coupon
• 5,000 points = $25 coupon
• 6,000 points = $30 coupon
• 7,000 points = $35 coupon
• 8,000 points = $40 coupon
• 9,000 points = $45 coupon
• 10,000 points = $50 coupon

A maximum of 10,000 points can be earned in a single transaction. When a single transaction's point accrual exceeds 10,000, the additional points will be banked toward your next points-based coupon.

WHAT PURCHASES ARE ELIGIBLE FOR POINTS?

You will earn Great Deals points with every online or in-store purchase. Points accrue based on a purchase's pre-tax subtotal. Points are not earned on services such as workshop services, delivery or rental.

Log into your Great Deals Dashboard or use the Great Deals app to view points and coupons.

HOW DO I REDEEM MY COUPONS?

Redeem coupons in-store or online.

• In-store:
• Print your coupon and redeem it in-store
• Show a cashier your coupon on your mobile phone or your Great Deals app
• Online:
• Enter coupon code during checkout

WHEN DO GREAT DEALS POINTS & COUPONS EXPIRE?

Your points do not have an expiration date, however coupons do expire depending on the type of coupon:

• $5 signup coupon expires 60 days from date issued
• Point-accrual coupons expire 30 days after issue
• Birthday coupon expires at the end of your birthday month

Expiration dates are listed on each coupon in the Great Deals Dashboard.

WHAT HAPPENS TO MY POINTS IF I RETURN AN ITEM?

Of course, we always hope that you’ll be satisfied with any purchase you might make at Busy Beaver. And as always, there are no returns on weather related and clearance items; but should you need to return an item occasionally, as a courtesy, we will not remove your points.

WHAT DO I DO IF I'M MISSING POINTS?

Because of the nature of the systems involved, please allow at least 24 to 48 hours from the time of sale for points to register on your Great Deals Dashboard. If your points are still not showing after that time, please contact the store closest to you or in which you made your purchase.

CAN I GET POINTS IF I SHOP ONLINE & CHECK OUT AS A GUEST?

No. Points are only accrued when a purchase is made using your Great Deals account.

HOW DO I GET A BIRTHDAY MONTH COUPON?

If you haven’t updated your profile with your information, it’s not too late to get your yearly coupon! Open your Great Deals profile, go to Rewards Information & add your birthday month. On the first day of your birthday month, you’ll get a one-time coupon for 10% OFF a single purchase during that month.
