Flex Seal Mini is a rubberized sealant spray coating that sprays out as a liquid and dries to a flexible, watertight coating. It seals cracks, holes and leaks fast on a wide variety of surfaces, making it an essential tool for quick repairs around the home, RV, camper or mobile home.
This flexible rubber coating resists extreme weather—it won't crack or peel in winter cold and won't sag or drip in summer heat. Once fully cured, the surface can be painted any color to match your needs. Flex Seal Mini protects metal, wood, concrete and other surfaces from corrosion, stops vibrations and deadens noise, making it ideal for roofs, gutters, downspouts, PVC pipe repairs, roof drip edges, flashings, A/C and duct work, chimneys, windowsills and foundation waterproofing.

How to Use
Spray a larger area than where the leak is located and feather the edges. Apply multiple coats rather than one thick coat, allowing each coat to fully cure before testing the repaired area. Use at temperatures above 60°F. Ensure Flex Seal has completely filled all cracks and holes and is fully cured before testing the product.
