Bm0025 Stove Pipe Elbow, 90 Degree, 24 Gauge Steel, 8 In., Black

The Imperial BM0025 stove pipe elbow is a heavy-duty connector designed to route flue gases at a precise 90-degree angle, joining two lengths of stove pipe together. This black corrugated elbow is engineered for wood-burning stoves, pellet heaters, fireplaces, and other heating appliances that require safe, efficient venting. The corrugated profile absorbs vibration and thermal stress, reducing wear on your venting system and maintaining a secure connection over time.

Constructed from 24-gauge steel, this elbow resists deformation under high-temperature exhaust flow and provides a durable, professional appearance that complements both residential and light commercial installations. The fixed 90-degree angle eliminates the need for additional fittings, simplifying setup in tight spaces and reducing potential leak points that can compromise venting safety and efficiency.

Features and Benefits

• 24-Gauge Steel Construction: Offers superior strength and durability, resisting deformation and warping when exposed to continuous high-temperature exhaust.
• Fixed 90-Degree Angle: Provides a precise directional change without extra joints, reducing installation complexity and improving overall system airflow.
• Corrugated Design: Built-in flexibility absorbs thermal expansion and vibration stress, extending the life of your stove pipe assembly and reducing maintenance needs.
• Heat-Resistant Black Finish: Protects against corrosion and heat discoloration, keeping the elbow looking professional throughout its service life.
• Slip-Fit Installation: Pre-drilled holes and a secure slip-fit design allow quick attachment to standard 8-inch stove pipe sections without additional brackets.
