11783 Low Oak Threshold, 36 In. L X 3-1/2 In. W X 1-1/8 In. H

The M-D 11783 Low Oak Threshold is a hardwood door threshold designed to seal and protect exterior and interior doorways from drafts, moisture, dust, and insects. This 36-inch-long threshold features a natural oak construction with a replaceable flexible vinyl insert that creates an effective weather barrier while maintaining a clean, low-profile appearance that blends seamlessly with contemporary and traditional home styles.

Whether you're replacing a worn threshold or upgrading an entryway, this hardwood threshold provides both practical protection and aesthetic appeal. The unfinished oak surface accepts paint or stain, allowing you to customize the finish to match your existing door frames, flooring, or trim. The flexible vinyl seal component ensures a tight fit against the door bottom, blocking cold air and preventing unwanted moisture intrusion—critical for maintaining comfort and energy efficiency year-round.
