43747 Plastic Floor Drain, 3 In. Diameter, One-way Valve

The Oatey 43747 is a plastic floor drain with a one-way valve, designed to manage water drainage while preventing odors, sewer gases, and insects from entering your home. This general-purpose drain is especially useful in infrequently used areas like basement floors, laundry rooms, and shower spaces, where standing water or dried p-traps can allow unwanted odors and pests to enter. The one-way valve design solves the common problem of drain seal loss in rarely-used locations by blocking backflow and airborne contaminants.

The drain's plastic construction is lightweight and easy to handle, making it a practical choice for both DIY homeowners and plumbing professionals who need a reliable floor drain solution.
