• Water-Based formula that requires no stripping, sanding or priming
• Apply Rust-Oleum home base coat, wait 6 hours, then apply Rust-Oleum home top coat, allow 24 hours following top coat application before walking on floor
• Remove caulk and wax from floor before applying paint for best results
