Zep Commercial 5 Gallon Concentrate High Traffic Floor Finish is a water-based, non-yellowing finish that gives a professional-grade shine to hard floors. Its 20% solid formula provides a durable, high-gloss finish that resists scuffs and heel marks, preventing slips. With low VOC (less than 1%), it requires minimal maintenance and is suitable for interior floors like rubber, asphalt, vinyl, and sealed concrete. Can be stripped and reapplied as needed, covering up to 2,000 square feet.
