Old Masters 80908 Gel Stain, Oil-based, Fruitwood, 1-pt.

Old Masters Gel Stain is a highly pigmented, oil-based stain engineered to deliver deep, vibrant color to interior and exterior wood, fiberglass, primed metal, and composition surfaces. The thick gel formula provides superior color control and achieves a rich, uniform finish, often in a single application.

This gel stain is especially recommended for woods that are notoriously difficult to stain evenly, such as pine, birch, maple, poplar, and cherry. The dense, pigment-rich formula prevents streaking and ensures consistent color across all surfaces. Its heavy consistency makes it excellent for vertical surfaces, where it will not run or sag.

Features and Benefits

• Highly Pigmented Gel Formula: Delivers deep, intense colors with excellent color control for uniform coverage on most surfaces.
• No Runs or Streaks: The thick consistency prevents sagging on vertical surfaces and eliminates streaks on difficult woods like poplar and cherry.
• Universal Compatibility: Works on wood, fiberglass, primed metal, and composition surfaces, simplifying your material inventory.
• Single-Application Coverage: Achieves rich color in one coat on most surfaces.
• Adhesion on Fiberglass and Composites: Provides excellent adhesion on fiberglass and composite surfaces.
