804lf Frost-proof Yard Hydrant, 4 Ft Bury, Cast Iron Head

The Simmons 804LF Frost-Proof Yard Hydrant provides reliable access to running water for lawn and garden, livestock watering, and fire protection all year round, even in sub-zero winter temperatures. Unlike standard outdoor faucets that freeze and burst in cold climates, this hydrant features a unique frost-proof design where the shut-off valve operates below the frost line. When closed, all water in the standpipe automatically drains through a hole set below ground level, preventing ice formation and ensuring the hydrant remains functional through the harshest winters.

The 804LF is designed for practical outdoor water access. A 4-foot bury depth positions the valve below the frost line. The robust cast iron head and handle provide long-lasting durability, while a tamper-proof design allows you to padlock the handle closed, preventing unauthorized use on residential or farm properties.
