E943l-car Terminal Adapter, 3-in., Mpt X Socket, Gray

The Carlon E943L-CAR is an electrical PVC terminal adapter designed to transition from schedule 40 non-metallic conduit to threaded metal or PVC female bell ends, boxes, or other threaded bodies. This adapter provides a safe, non-conductive connection for routing electrical conduit. The male-threaded end screws onto female threads or can be secured with a lock nut, while the socket end accepts standard 3-inch PVC conduit.

PVC construction eliminates rust and corrosion concerns associated with metal fittings. Whether connecting conduit to electrical boxes, junction boxes, or other threaded fittings, this adapter ensures reliable, code-compliant conduit runs.

Features and Benefits

• Schedule 40 Non-Metallic Conduit Compatible: Accepts standard 3-inch PVC conduit with a secure socket connection.
• Male Threaded Connection: Features male pipe threads (MPT) on one end for secure attachment to female-threaded boxes, fittings, and other threaded bodies using a lock nut if needed.
• Will Not Rust or Corrode: Made from PVC that resists rust and corrosion, unlike metal alternatives.
• Non-Conductive: Safe for electrical installations by preventing conductive pathways in your conduit system.
• UL Listed and CSA Approved: Meets recognized safety standards and quality certifications for electrical installations.
