It comes with a Buna-N seal and Kwik Change couplers will interchange with all manufacturers. 3/8 inch FNPT M style couplers have a brass body and a Buna-N seal. The industry standard Milton M style coupler has a 1/4 inch basic flow size and a maximum pressure of 300 psi. M style couplers offer air flow of 40 SCUM.
